I specialize in new construction and support motivated buyers/sellers through my expertise in contracts and my negotiation skill set. I have a background in finance and work with buyers and sellers by helping them make a home purchase or sale that supports their financial goals. I have extensive knowledge of the housing market in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area as well as out state Minnesota. I help market properties using many different modes of media. It is my goal to help home owners realize their dreams in home ownership by providing them with the tools to meet those goals.
In past work experience, I worked with multi million dollar financial advisory practices selling and transitioning these practices throughout the United States. I analyzed and assessed the financial value of the practice as well as coached the advisors regarding their business transition.
I have extensive knowledge in the financial industry including the products and software used by broker dealers, banks and independent firms. I was a Senior Analyst managing a multi million dollar wrap product with many investors in the US. I was also responsible for building out wrap products for investors.
I have leadership experience managing a team of professionals in the financial industry. In the past, I updated and maintained staffing models on a regular basis to better predict trends in work volumes and was responsible for career growth and performance management of the team.
Likewise, I have extensive project management experience building training programs through the Ameriprise on line system as well as created and facilitated VIP and orientation events for the firm.
